Becoming an Electronic Partner
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Penn State Electronic Partner School. Through this partnership you have access to information about applicants from your school.
First-year applicants applying through the MyPennState, Common App or Coalition application will complete a Self-Reported Academic Record (SRAR) as part of the application process.
Students attending schools in South Korea will not complete a SRAR. Web counselors from these countries can upload transcripts for their students.
The person submitting this request will be our designated Primary Contact (PC) with your school. Once your school is approved as an electronic partner, instructions will be provided on establishing an individual counselor account and the use of the system.
To get started, please complete all of the information requested below. You will receive an email confirmation of this request. We will communicate via e-mail when your school is approved as an electronic partner, or if we need additional information.
If your school is not listed, then perhaps your school was previously enrolled as an electronic partner with Penn State or a school that may not be in our database. Please email admissions@psu.edu with your school name, address, and College Board (CEEB) code, if one exists. Please do not submit this form if your school is not listed.
